Room - Absolute cleanliness, working bathtub, good lighting and air-con. Staff - Very helpful and understanding. Wifi - Even though I needed some help to set up, the signal was good enough to run a video call or watch the video in 720p. Neutral: Location - So for tourism, this location is passable 5/10. Nothing attractive is near, no view, no pool. For business and sleep-over stays, which is my case, the site is a decent 8/10. You are off the street from a busy highway so you have access to taxis and buses without the noise. And for eating you have a 10 min walk to the big mall with a food court.

I love almost everything about them. I didn't mind the neighborhood. It was still safe. Everything is truly clean and classy. I loved the staff and everything about the hotel. Hoping to experience breakfast at the Hotel soon. I'll surely come back.

Absolutely clean. Really large family room. All worked as it should: doors, shower, water heating, fridge, AC, beds, ventilation, lights. All! That's not often happening in cheaper hotels in Philippines. So thumbs up for well maintained and clean hotel. For me this means alot.

Great value for the price, simple but clean. Good location. The personnel was very helpful and nice. I recommend and would back there.

The location is very accessible to everything esp near SM. The staff is very nice and accommodating, you always see there smiles and great you all the time.
